Shipping
Orders placed before 12:00 PM will be delivered the same day.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be delivered within 24 hours.
For orders being shipped outside Nairobi, kindly indicate your preferred sacco in the order notes for package dispatch.
We currently deliver within Kenya only.
Returns
Due to the research-grade nature of our products, all sales are final once shipped. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement.
