• Orders ship within 1–3 business days after M-Pesa payment confirmation.
• Nairobi metro: 1–2 day delivery via trusted courier.
• Other counties: 2–5 days via G4S / Wells Fargo Courier.
• All shipments are discreetly packaged.

Returns

Due to the research-grade nature of our products, all sales are final once shipped. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement.
